Eagle Rock Provides Two Types of Residential Care for Boy’s Ages 9-19.

  1. Boys age 9-17 who are deemed to be exceptionally distressed benefit from a home-like setting in which they engage in a structured lifestyle while learning to overcome behavioral shortcomings.
  2. Boys age 17 and up live in a semi-supervised apartment setting and are taught basic skills needed to transition into a productive adult life.
Eagle Rock provides residential treatment and care to boys ages 9-19 who are at probable risk of experiencing lifelong difficulties due to a lack of parental involvement, parental abuse, abuse and misguidance. Each child at Eagle Rock has been deemed at-risk due to previous early warning signals and/or pre-disposing determining factors.
Ten boys reside in a large home on 24 acres near Steele, Alabama. Boys are placed there because they can not survive in traditional boy’s ranches, children’s homes or foster homes. Twenty four hour supervision is provided by adults.
